Specifically, it involves the management of third-party financial resources and systematic funds transfer. In line with this, it's emphasized that this registration is not an authorization to operate. The supervision carried out by this Superintendence is solely in the context of prevention of money laundering, terrorism financing, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, as stated in Law No. 7786. Therefore, the General Superintendence of Financial Entities does not oversee the business offerings and operations of the company, nor its security, stability, or solvency.
